By using our towing services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Our Services

We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Cerritos, CA and surrounding areas.

We do our best to respond quickly to your service requests. However, response times may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic, distance, and the number of service calls we're handling at the time.

Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay for all services at the rates we quote to you. We'll give you a price estimate before starting work whenever possible. Final charges may differ from the estimate if additional services are needed or if circumstances change.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If your vehicle is held at our storage facility, you must pay all charges before we release your vehicle.

Your Responsibilities

When you call us for service, you need to give us accurate information about your location and the type of service you need. You're responsible for removing all personal items from your vehicle before we tow it.

We're not responsible for items left in your vehicle during towing or storage. Make sure you have the legal right to authorize towing for any vehicle you request us to tow.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

We take great care in handling your vehicle. However, we're not responsible for damage to your vehicle that results from its pre-existing condition, previous damage, or mechanical failure.

You agree that we're not liable for damage to low-clearance vehicles, custom modifications, or aftermarket parts unless such damage results directly from our negligence. We recommend informing our driver of any special considerations before towing begins.

Storage and Holding

If we store your vehicle at our facility, daily storage fees will apply. You must retrieve your vehicle within a reasonable time. Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of according to California state law.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched to your location, you may be charged a service call fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
